Fourth Annual Offering of Letters
Seeds of Change
Help farmers. End hunger.
The Global Outreach Team of the Social Ministry Committee invites you to participate in the 2007 Offering of Letters. See the linked information, print or copy a letter, and bring it to church, unstamped, on Sunday, October 21. Letters will be collected with the regular offering and dedicated to God. Then we will stamp, count, and mail them. Contact Eileen Herrstrom (398-2962) with questions. Thank you for advocating on behalf of hungry people!
Altar Care
Altar Guild makes all necessary preparations for worship that center around the Altar. They prepare for communion and baptisms, place appropriate paraments on the Altar, polish and fill candles and the eternal light as needed, and clean/repair Altar linens. Currently, volunteers sign up for a month at a time, but this can be split as needed. Call Cathy Berschinski (356-6232) for more information.
Prayer Network
This group of people from the congregation pray for the concerns of our families, our community, our country, and our world. If you are interested in joining the Prayer Network or have a request for prayer, call the church office (356-6232).
